The Pistachio and Walnut Sprinkling Machine BK-03 is designed to distribute predetermined quantities of pistachios and walnuts evenly over products on baklava production lines. Thanks to its PLC-controlled automation system, different tray sizes and pistachio/walnut quantities can be easily adjusted, ensuring consistent and precise sprinkling.

The operator enters the tray dimensions and the required quantity of pistachios or walnuts via the PLC control panel. Based on the selected tray size and specified quantity, the system operates automatically, precisely dosing and distributing pistachios or walnuts over products moving along the conveyor belt.

The automatic control system ensures consistent quantities and uniform distribution in every production cycle. This helps maintain product quality and improve production efficiency.
